Terms of Service

R.U.S.E. (Rapid User Simulation Environment) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and execute the compiled standalone binaries (or CLI wrapper package) solely in accordance with your purchased tier:

• [STEALTH_TIER] Licensed for execution on exactly one (1) local machine under your direct personal control.
• [PRO_TIER] Licensed for execution on up to five (5) local machines owned or managed by you or your QA engineering organization.
• [ENTERPRISE_TIER] Licensed under a volume agreement for multi-node compliance runs or air-gapped sandboxes, as defined by your sales order.

You may not host, distribute, rent, sub-license, or expose R.U.S.E. as a cloud-based service, automated SaaS API, or shared virtualization node without prior explicit authorization from R.U.S.E. Precision.

R.U.S.E. is designed as a local-first software suite. The simulation engine, input hooks, and pattern generator run 100% locally on your machine CPU, utilizing local memory blocks.

• > NO CLOUD CALLBACKS: Your simulation patterns, targets, duration, and local URLs are never transmitted to our servers.
• > HOST ISOLATION: The SocketIO telemetry control panel binds to localhost (127.0.0.1:5000) and does not listen on public network interfaces by default.
• > HARDWARE LICENSING: License keys are verified using secure local hardware-tied hash maps. This check runs locally, periodically synchronizing with our auth API only to verify subscription integrity.

The R.U.S.E. binary is compiled using advanced standalone packing solutions (including Nuitka). You agree not to:

• [RESTRICT] Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to reconstruct or discover the underlying source code of the compiled simulator.
• [RESTRICT] Bypass, modify, or disable the local licensing verification hooks or hardware verification flags.
• [RESTRICT] Siphon, extract, or republish the mathematical coordinate tables, human-like Bézier motion algorithms, or scrolling delay distributions for use in competitive projects.

R.U.S.E. is a powerful simulation tool designed for QA testing, cybersecurity validation, behavioral analytics audit, and personal presence simulation. You represent and warrant that:

• ✓ You will use R.U.S.E. in full compliance with all local, state, national, and international laws.
• ✓ You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the simulator does not violate any employment agreements, contractual obligations, or third-party Terms of Service (including target portals, search portals, or social networks).
• ✓ You will not deploy the suite to conduct malicious automation, DDoS campaigns, click-fraud emulation, or distribute spam across public networks.

R.U.S.E. is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

While R.U.S.E. uses high-entropy Bézier path algorithms designed to bypass modern User Behavior Analytics (UBA), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) systems, and behavioral heuristics, R.U.S.E. Precision does not warrant or guarantee:

• - That the software will be completely undetectable by all third-party platforms indefinitely.
• - That target sites will not update their detection matrices to flag simulated movements.
• - That the software will operate uninterrupted or error-free.

Use of R.U.S.E. is entirely at your own risk. It is your responsibility to test simulation patterns inside staging environments before deploying at scale.

IN NO EVENT SHALL R.U.S.E. PRECISION BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, ACCOUNT SUSPENSION, TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT, CONTRACT REJECTIONS, OR TARGET WEBSITE IP BLOCKS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SIMULATOR.

R.U.S.E. is designed with a low-latency Hardware Takeover system. Moving your physical mouse instantly releases execution threads to prevent cursor fighting. R.U.S.E. Precision is not responsible for any failures of the Hardware Takeover system due to OS driver latency, background CPU bottlenecks, or conflicting local input listeners.
